  I was mislead from the day I viewed the apartment (Saturday). 1. Not the exact apartment I was told I'd be living in (deciding factor) after submitted $50.00 application fee. 2. My dog and breed (pitbull mix, puppy) was discussed on Monday when I agreed on the apartment location change with the agent and property manager face to face heard me. 3. Submitted my vet info that stated pitbull mix on Tuesday and got a call from a different agent saying they have to decline because of the breed of my dog. 4. Expressed my concerns with the complex and management and requested a refund of the application fee (Wednesday). 5. Property manager emailed with excuses of why they didn't give me the NECESSARY information before I wasted my time, my money & their time & ultimately no refund. Thank goodness I didn't put down the deposit when asked to, probably wouldn't see that money refunded either.

  Decent apartment at good price at great location. Located near Clay Terrace on Monon Trail. Falls under good school district. Apartment is not brand new but maintained well. Service requests are worked upon quickly. Note. Only issue was when I applied first they did a background check through Core Logic (third party) and they came up with an open criminal case which turned out to be a minor speeding ticket that took place 3 years back and paid off in full!! So they denied first but when Core Logic corrected the mistake; I had to reapply. (First $50.00 gone for stupid Core Logic mistake).
