  I hated giving them one star. This company is the worse to deal with I have ever come across. They stall paying out claims by asking for the same information over and over again. Then when they run out of that for an excuse they ask for information they don't even need. My Dad has now passed away in a nursing home and they have yet to pay one cent on his claim, even though he paid them for this insurance for years. I am going to talk to a lawyer this week- I've had it with them.

  I wish I could give zero stars. I agree with the other two comments, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Hours and hours on the phone trying to get a simple answer. The Customer Service group does not even know the phone number of the claims group, where I need to go to get my answer. I have to keep calling and giving the story over and over to a different person, and this is after escalating!! My mother has paid in a fortune to this company over 20 years and they denied her first claim. I could go on and on. AWFUL.
