  Penn Circle is great. I looked at nearly all of the apartments in Carmel that were available in the May 2017 time-frame, and which you find best is up to you, but this place is one of the best (in my opinion the best!). The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the place is so well kept, and there is a nice sense of community. You hear your upstairs neighbors every once and a while, but this is normal. I will be renewing my lease here for sure, I cant say enough good things about this place. Macy and Missy and Krista in the office are the best! Maintenance is great also, although I haven't had many problems and therefore haven't met them!

  I have lived at many apartment complexes, but none have been better than here. It isn’t just the great location, cost, and the physical apartments themselves that separates Penn Circle from the rest. It is the staff. Working in leasing myself in the co-working industry, I have tremendous respect for excellent staff. From top down there is no better than the individuals at Penn Circle. Without question this is a phenomenal place to live and somewhere I recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
